you look pretty today
off topic...sarah and i will be in 'waukee this weekend for the aeros/admirals hockey game. i think we will be getting down there late friday night and leaving early sunday morning. the game is saturday night. you gonna be around?
Yes indeed I will. Dear Astronaut has a show Friday night, so I will be... somewhere for that. I can let you know where/when if you think you might want to stop by, depending on what time 'late friday night' turns in to. I feel like I have something planned for Saturday, but it's probably just grocery shopping or something lame. Are you bringing Jace? (Is that how you spell his name?) Where are you staying?
its probably going to be after midnight on friday. sarah works and wont get home until around 7. jase is with his dad this weekend, so we wont be bringing him with. we dont have any plans for a place to stay. probably just find a hotel on the gps and stay there.
Ah, with an "s." I'm making Matt & Malia's future kid a quilt, so I'll have to make Jase one too. If you can't find a hotel, we have a terribly uncomfortable futon that you're more than welcome to sleep on. Though perhaps you are at that point where you have a real job and real money and staying at a hotel isn't a big deal?
since we will be getting in late on friday, i think we will hotel it that night. but maybe saturday night after the hockey game we can attempt to sleep on your uncomfortable futon. tickets are pretty cheap for the hockey game...i got a pair at center ice in like the 15th row for $50. im just saying.
Interesting... though there is almost zero chance that I'll be able to convince Nathan to go to a hockey game with me, so we'll see. That sounds like good thinking, with the Friday hotel and possible Saturday futon. It is not terrible for one night, it's just kind of hard as a rock. It's the same futon my parents used to have in Tracey's room, if you ever slept on that.
cool. i will give you a call on saturday and see whats up. we should plan on getting some grub together or something before the game and maybe go out for some beers after the game.how far away from the bradley center are you?
Those all sound like good plans. We are not too far from the Bradley Center. Maybe 10 minutes by car? We could probably get food downtown before the game and then get beers somewhere in my neighborhood afterward.
